Goldman Sachs to Acquire NEOS Investments for $2.25 Billion; Fidelity Seeks Full Staking for Ethereum ETF

Fidelity filed an amended registration to allow its Ethereum Fund to stake up to 100% of its ETH holdings and distribute staking rewards as quarterly cash payments. Goldman Sachs agreed to acquire NEOS Investments for up to $2.25 billion, gaining three crypto options-income ETFs including Bitcoin and Ether products.
