Established in November 2021 by Gomez, her mother, and a former associate, the startup reportedly deteriorated over three years without notifying financial backers. In response, the former associate's spokesperson has denied any misuse of funds, noting she contributed her own capital and forwent a salary, while inviting examination of the company's books.
