Paul Mescal, Joseph Quinn, Barry Keoghan, and Harris Dickinson were spotted recreating the Beatles' famous Abbey Road album cover for Sam Mendes' four-part biopic. The films will each be told from a different band member's perspective, with interconnected narratives. The project has secured rights to the Beatles' full music catalog from Apple Corps.
The actors recreated the famous 1969 crosswalk shot outside EMI Studios in London, walking in a line. Mendes' project consists of four interconnected features, each presenting the narrative from a distinct band member's viewpoint.
The supporting cast includes James Norton as manager Brian Epstein and Harry Lloyd as producer George Martin. Apple Corps granted full music rights, and the quartet of films is scheduled for an April 2028 theatrical debut.
