Two Palestinians killed in separate West Bank incidents involving settlers and Israeli forces

A 17-year-old Palestinian boy was fatally shot by Israeli settlers in Sa'ir near Hebron after an alleged rock-throwing incident, while a 70-year-old man was wounded. Separately, a 58-year-old Palestinian man was killed by Israeli forces during a raid in Jenin, with the military claiming he attempted to stab a soldier. The deaths add to a year of escalating violence in the occupied West Bank, where at least 87 Palestinians have been killed in nearly 1,500 attacks by settlers and soldiers.
