Two officers wounded, suspect dead after Hartford-area pursuit ends in gunfire

Two Connecticut police officers were shot and a suspect was killed after an attempted arrest led to a car chase and exchange of gunfire. The officers, Alex Diaz and Jon Escobar, were treated and released from a hospital. A gun was recovered at the scene, and authorities have not yet identified the suspect.
