Chip Roy and Keith Self, CPAC, and over 20 state and local officials. Graham’s backers, including Rep. Timmons, accused Norman of stalling Trump’s legislative agenda for personal gain, citing his role in the 2025 “One Big Beautiful Bill Act” and a Speaker vote. Graham herself admitted limited foreign policy knowledge during a debate.
