The reality TV star and entrepreneur collaborated with designer April Tomlin to create a family-friendly environment, using darker tones to withstand wear from kids and dogs. The property spans 130 secluded acres south of Nashville, with a single-story layout chosen for practicality since Cavallari lives there with her three children. She purchased the home in 2024 after a friend and real estate agent showed it to her, despite having recently completed a full redesign of her previous residence. The house features floor-to-ceiling windows, an indoor basketball court, and a podcast studio for her weekly show.

Designer April Tomlin, a friend of over a decade, handled the fourth collaboration between them. Cavallari requested darker tones in living spaces after learning from experience that white fabrics don't survive contact with kids and dogs. The property also includes raised garden beds currently growing cucumbers, butternut squash, tomatoes, and okra, with landscape design by Maple Hills and pool design by Basin Pool Designs.
