Georgia 13th District special election runoff: Scott's daughter vs. Blair

Voters in Georgia's 13th Congressional District are choosing a successor to the late Rep. David Scott in a special election runoff. Marcye Scott, Scott's daughter, and Everton Blair, a former school board member, advanced after no candidate won a majority in July. Both are Democrats; the winner will serve out the remainder of Scott's term.
