UMusic to Launch Austin Hotel and Residences with 10,000-Seat Amphitheater

UMusic Hospitality & Lifestyle has revealed a 71-acre development in Austin that will include a 150-room hotel, 600 private residences, and a 10,000-seat outdoor amphitheater called White Rocks Amphitheater. The project, set to break ground in early 2027 with a first phase opening in 2029, will also feature recording studios, an indoor event space, a comedy club, and wellness facilities. Residences are already on sale, with prices starting around $760,000.
