Don Yansen, an MIT alum, founded Kiwi Health after observing seniors' struggles with modern devices at MIT AgeLab. The company's wristband is primarily voice-controlled, allowing wearers to set reminders, make calls, and share health data without navigating screens. AI interprets voice commands, accounts for age-related voice changes, and the device also monitors health metrics and alerts caregivers to falls.
