The singer's recent health struggles trace back to December, when he underwent surgery to remove a cancerous spot from his left lung. That procedure forced him to reschedule arena dates and his February Las Vegas appearances on doctor's orders. His summer itinerary proved grueling—29 performances across 68 days—and the strain became evident when a Lexington, Kentucky show was postponed twice, once in March and again in early August.

The latest wave of cancellations extends through late September, with the Westgate box office still listing affected dates. Manilow's October 8 return marks roughly six weeks of recovery time. New residency dates are expected to be announced next week, giving ticket holders a clearer picture of rescheduled performances.
