New Australian Booking Firm CORE Debuts With Indie Roster
CORE Talent Agency, a new artist booking company, has launched in Melbourne as part of the UNIFIED Music Group ecosystem. Co-led by Desiree Venuto and Adam Montgomery, it represents acts including Teen Jesus and the Jean Teasers, Budjerah, and Emma Donovan. The agency emerged from Lonely Lands Agency and aims to support established independent artists and emerging talent from Australia and New Zealand.
CORE Talent Agency's formation traces back to Lonely Lands Agency, which musician Tash Sultana co-founded in 2019 alongside UNIFIED Music Group CEO Jaddan Comerford and Lemon Tree Music co-founder Regan Lethbridge. The new venture inherits that agency's foundation while operating within UNIFIED's broader infrastructure, giving its artists access to established industry resources.
Co-general manager Desiree Venuto has been with the organization since 2019 and has earned recognition from The Music Network's 30 Under 30 and Pollstar's Impact International Next Gen Honorees lists. Her counterpart, Adam Montgomery, previously led boutique booking agency Four Tone Artists, representing acts like Bec Sandridge, Didirri, and Mia Dyson. The launch team also includes LaBelle Jackson, Victoria Kozbanis, and Jo Syme.
This launch could strengthen Australia's independent music touring ecosystem by providing dedicated booking support for established and emerging artists within a larger corporate structure. Artists like Teen Jesus and the Jean Teasers and Budjerah may benefit from increased touring opportunities and industry connections, potentially expanding their reach to broader audiences.
