Cris Lacy on Leadership: Finding Depth in Unexpected Places

Warner Nashville chair and president Cris Lacy, who is being inducted into the SOURCE Hall of Fame, credits an early experience interviewing staff at a strip club for teaching her to see people as multi-dimensional. She says that lesson made her more exploratory in her work and in understanding where people come from and where they want to go. The insight has become central to her approach as a label head.
