Green Bay back Jacobs to answer to two misdemeanor counts

Jacobs has remained with the team throughout the investigation, participating in offseason workouts and training camp aside from a brief groin injury.

The Packers invested heavily in Jacobs, signing him to a four-year, $48 million deal in March 2024. He has delivered, amassing 2,258 rushing yards and 28 touchdowns across two seasons while earning a captaincy from teammates. If the NFL suspends him, the backfield would fall to MarShawn Lloyd, who has appeared in just one game over
