Vanderbilt Freshman QB Jared Curtis to See Action in Season Opener

Vanderbilt true freshman quarterback Jared Curtis will see playing time in the season opener against Austin Peay, though Blaze Berlowitz will start. Coach Clark Lea said the staff has an idea of when to insert Curtis but will adjust based on game flow. Curtis is expected to get meaningful reps rather than only garbage time.
