Seyfried Sells Los Angeles Residence, Keeping Focus on East Coast Farm Life

Amanda Seyfried has put her 2,700-square-foot Hollywood Hills home on the market for about $3.2 million, a property she purchased in 2011 from actor Adam Brody. The 1916 traditional-style house features three bedrooms, a sunroom, a pool, and a detached garage converted into a gym, with vintage-inspired decor throughout. Seyfried, who primarily resides at a Catskills farm in upstate New York, is represented by Justin Paul Huchel of Carolwood Estates.
