Seyfried, who primarily resides at a Catskills farm in upstate New York, is represented by Justin Paul Huchel of Carolwood Estates.

The Hollywood Hills property carries a notable chain of celebrity ownership, having previously belonged to actor Adam Brody and, before him, Limp Bizkit frontman Fred Durst. Seyfried acquired the home in 2011 for $1.85 million and is now asking roughly $3.2 million, reflecting significant appreciation over her 15-year tenure. Seyfried's decision to sell aligns with her established preference for rural living. She purchased her 1930s Catskills farm in 2013 and shares it with her husband, actor Thomas Sadoski, and their two children.
