Wrexham's back line under scrutiny after early-season struggles

They allowed two or more goals in 22 of 46 league matches, and their 29 defensive errors leading to shots placed them among the division's highest totals, while only three teams faced more than their 203 attempts on target.

This season, the back three of Zak Vyner, Dom Hyam, and Callum Doyle has remained unchanged across all four matches, yet the team still lacks a clean sheet. Parkinson suggested transfer speculation may have unsettled the squad in the Birmingham defeat, while Hyam called for a more aggressive defensive mentality ahead of Wednesday's trip to Millwall.
