David's move to Juventus last summer came on a free transfer after five prolific seasons at Lille, where he netted 109 goals in 232 appearances and ranked second on the club's all-time scoring list. His final three campaigns at Lille each produced 25 or more goals, including Champions League highlights such as the winner against Real Madrid and a brace versus Atletico.
