Oregon Gets First Visit from Elite DL Recruit Hall
Five-star defensive lineman Kellan Hall will visit Oregon on Sept. 5 for the season opener against Boise State. Hall is the top defensive lineman in the 2028 class and has a 10-game visit schedule that includes Oklahoma twice. Oregon hopes to make a strong early impression, though Oklahoma currently leads his list.
Hall's visit schedule spans 10 games across the fall, hitting SEC and Big Ten programs. Oregon gets the first chance, but Oklahoma holds the lead in his recruitment. The Ducks' defensive line will lose several key players to eligibility exhaustion, creating an opening for Hall. Coach Tony Tuioti has a strong NFL pipeline track record, having placed five defensive linemen in the draft since 2023. Oregon's 2027 class currently has only two true interior linemen, making Hall a priority target. His 6-5, 275-pound frame fits the 3-4 scheme as an inside or big end.
