Stern Reduces SiriusXM Schedule, Brings Show to HBO Max

Howard Stern will return to SiriusXM with one live show per week starting Sept. 14, down from two. He also signed a deal with HBO Max to adapt his show into a streamable episode with extras, debuting Sept. 17. The Howard 101 channel will be removed from SiriusXM lineup.
EXPANDED:
Stern’s new arrangement trims his live output from two weekly shows to a single Monday broadcast, while his secondary Howard 101 channel is being dropped from the satellite lineup. That freed-up slot will now host Radio Andy, moving from channel 102, and Stern’s remaining content will consolidate on channel 100. The revamped channel will feature a new “Wrap Up Wednesday” segment, expanding the existing wrap-up show hosted by Gary Dell’Abate and Jon Hein.
The HBO Max adaptation will repackage the live SiriusXM show into a Thursday stream
