Norman Reedus has been added as a series regular in Apple TV's spy thriller 'Disavowed', starring opposite James Marsden. The show follows a CIA officer who is fired during a manhunt for an assassin and decides to go freelance to collect a bounty. Reedus is best known for his role as Daryl in 'The Walking Dead' franchise.
The casting pairs Reedus with James Marsden, who also serves as an executive producer on the project. The series was greenlit by Apple TV in May, with creators Art Marcum and Matt Holloway, known for their work on "Iron Man" and "Uncharted," handling the writing duties. Michelle MacLaren will direct the first two episodes.

His upcoming projects include "The Housewife" at TIFF, "Pendulum," and a Takashi Miike film. The series is produced by Apple Studios alongside Blue Marble Pictures, the company behind "Pachinko."
