Jazz Chisholm Jr. brushed off comments from Boston Red Sox radio announcer Will Flemming, who called the Yankees second baseman 'bush league' after he stole two bases in the eighth inning of a 16-1 blowout. Chisholm noted that the Red Sox themselves ran wild against New York in a 2024 game, and manager Aaron Boone said he instructed the steal attempt because Boston wasn't holding the runner. Several Yankees players also criticized Flemming's suggestion that Boston should retaliate by throwing at a batter.
