The historic estate, built around 1895, features eight bedrooms, a game room, and a converted gatehouse guest cottage. Kelce, who married Taylor Swift this summer, is entering his 14th NFL season with the Chiefs.

The lakeside estate, positioned near a private airport for convenient travel, was originally constructed in the late 19th century and underwent significant modernization before hitting the market in 2024. Its converted gatehouse offers separate guest quarters, while the former ballroom now functions as a game room and home theater, blending historic character with contemporary amenities.

Kelce's purchase came months before his high-profile summer wedding, and the property may serve as a post-football base. At 36, he remains productive, recording 76 receptions last season while pursuing a fourth Super Bowl title. The Chiefs open their 2026 campaign against Denver on September 14, with Kelce entering his 14th NFL season.
