Richardson spent two seasons with Las Vegas after being drafted in the fourth round in 2024, appearing in 27 games with seven starts while building a special teams resume that included 10 tackles in 2025. Tillman, a third-round pick in 2023, recorded 71 receptions for 833 yards and five touchdowns across 38 games with Cleveland, giving the Saints additional receiving depth as they finalized their regular-season roster.
