Awol Vision's LuxVision projector uses optical lens shift to keep 4K detail intact

Awol Vision's new LuxVision ultra-short throw projector features a vertical optical lens shift, avoiding the digital distortion common in competing models. It outputs a bright 6000 ISO lumens and can display a 120-inch 4K image at 120Hz from just 7.5 inches away. The projector also targets gamers with Dolby Vision Gaming HDR, low input lag, and variable refresh rate support.
EXPANDED:
The LuxVision's optical lens shift distinguishes it from typical ultra-short throw models that rely on digital keystone correction, which can soften or distort projected images. Awol Vision claims the unit delivers a 120-inch picture at 4K resolution with 120Hz refresh rate from just 7.5 inches of wall clearance, while producing 6000 ISO lumens of brightness.
Connectivity includes three HDMI 2.1 ports, a DisplayPort, and HDMI Multiview for simultaneous display of up to four sources. The projector runs Google TV and is offered in multiple color and trim options. Pricing starts at $6,499,
