Methodology excludes festival appearances and splits co-headline revenue equally between partners. Eligibility strictly follows Billboard's R&B/hip-hop album chart, meaning tours supporting pop or country projects by artists like Doja Cat or Post Malone are omitted. Missy Elliott's $49.1 million gross, drawn from 44 shows, currently marks the minimum entry point.
This escalating financial benchmark could reshape touring strategies, pushing artists toward larger arenas or collaborative bills to maximize revenue.
