This legal win does not clear Kodak's broader docket. He still faces a separate Orange County drug trafficking charge involving MDMA, filed just weeks before the evading case. His attorney has publicly dismissed that accusation as meritless, while Kodak's career history includes prior convictions for robbery, weapons possession, and sexual assault, alongside his 2018 chart-topping album.
