The Television Academy and NBC announced an additional slate of presenters for the 78th Emmy Awards, including Jamie Lee Curtis, John Mulaney, and Sofía Vergara. They join previously revealed names such as Zendaya, Amy Poehler, and Florence Pugh. The ceremony, hosted by Mariska Hargitay, will air live on NBC and Peacock on Sept. 14.
The newly announced presenter roster spans film, television, and music, featuring veterans like Jamie Lee Curtis and Matthew McConaughey alongside rising names such as Emma D’Arcy and Brooks Nader. This second wave complements an earlier group that included Zendaya, Sally Field, and Keke Palmer, creating a mix of established stars and newer talent for the broadcast.
The ceremony will also mark notable milestones, including tributes to Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Charlie’s Angels with original cast members appearing. HBO Max’s The Pitt enters as the leading nominee with 25 nods, while Noah Kahan is slated to perform during the In Memoriam segment. Mariska Hargitay serves as both host and executive producer.
