Bangladesh measles deaths top 1,000 despite massive vaccination push
Bangladesh has recorded over 1,000 measles-related deaths since March, with 100 confirmed cases and 909 suspected, despite administering nearly 20 million vaccine doses since April. Bangladesh's immunization infrastructure has weakened over several years.
