Exhibit deadline nears for startups at TechCrunch Disrupt 2026

TechCrunch Disrupt 2026, scheduled for October 13-15 at Moscone West in San Francisco, will host over 10,000 founders, investors, and tech leaders. The last day to book an exhibit table is September 18, with packages including demo opportunities, lead capture via the Disrupt app, and branding exposure. The event also features 200+ sessions and the Startup Battlefield 200 competition.
The September 18 cutoff applies to the 6-foot exhibit tables positioned in the Expo Hall's busiest corridors. Each package bundles ten team passes, branding across the Disrupt website and mobile app, press-list access, and Silver Tier sponsor visibility. Founders can also opt into the Deal Flow Café and Investor-to-Founder Networking sessions for additional investor exposure.
Beyond the expo floor, the conference spans six stages with more than 200 sessions led by 250+ tech leaders. Attendees can leverage AI-powered matchmaking to connect with potential partners and investors, and browse 300+ startups. The Startup Battlefield 200 competition runs alongside, and ticket prices increase by up to $200 after September 25.
This event could serve as a concentrated networking hub where early-stage startups secure funding and partnerships that might otherwise take months to develop. For founders who miss the exhibit deadline, the loss may mean reduced visibility among thousands of investors in a single venue. The density of deal-making activity could accelerate capital deployment and product adoption for participating companies, while the broader startup ecosystem may see ripple effects from partnerships and investments originating here.
