Vaccarello's promotion caps a nearly three-decade climb that began when she joined MSG Entertainment in 1998 as an administrative assistant. Her new role places her in charge of entertainment and sports bookings across the company's flagship venues, though the New York Rangers and Knicks remain outside her portfolio. She will continue directing live concert residencies and touring acts at Sphere in Las Vegas, part of the broader MSG Family of Companies.
Her tenure includes involvement in high-profile residencies by Billy Joel and Harry Styles. Under her purview, Sphere topped Billboard's 2025 year-end Boxscore charts among venues seating 2,501 to 5,000, while Radio City Music Hall led the 5,001-to-10,000 capacity category. MSG Entertainment also operates the Radio City Rockettes and their annual Christmas Spectacular.
