Rolling Loud Sets 2027 California Return at San Bernardino Venue
Rolling Loud will return to California for its eighth Southern California edition, scheduled for Dec. 10-12, 2027, at Nos Events Center in San Bernardino. Co-founder Matt Zingler cited the venue's spacious grounds and strong local fan base as reasons for the move, contrasting it with pricier and more congested Los Angeles locations. The festival previously held events at Hollywood Park in Inglewood from 2023 to 2025.
The San Bernardino venue previously hosted Rolling Loud in 2017 and 2021, giving organizers established familiarity with the grounds. Zingler noted the location permits more elaborate on-site experiments and activations compared with pricier Los Angeles spaces, while also reducing costs and congestion for attendees.
Rolling Loud's global footprint has expanded considerably since 2015, with editions across Miami, New York, Portugal, Australia, Canada, the Netherlands, Germany, Thailand, Austria and India. However, the Australian edition was canceled earlier this year due to partner delays, while the India festival drew 65,000 attendees in 2025 and returns to Mumbai in December.
The festival's return to San Bernardino could provide a local economic boost through tourism, hotel bookings and hospitality spending, while offering fans a more affordable alternative to Los Angeles venues. However, the 2027 date means the impact remains distant, and broader festival industry pressures—including cancellations and economic strain—may shape attendance. Local residents could experience both economic benefits and logistical disruptions, though the event's long lead time allows for community preparation.
