The webinar unites leaders from two organizations: Mira Education, a nonprofit whose improvement practices reach schools serving roughly 2 million students, and Modiv EDU, a company focused on next-generation professional learning platforms. The session targets administrators overseeing teacher development, instructional support, and human resources, offering three strategies for aligning micro-learning with organizational priorities and building career pathways for educators.
The speakers bring complementary backgrounds. Daughtrey has co-developed professional learning models and guided more than 100 teams in implementing them, while Sanders and Preece specialize in technology-driven tools designed for classroom and district contexts.
