Beyond headline features, it repairs a File History backup failure tied to the September security patches and removes the PC-to-PC Migration tool, steering users toward Windows Backup with OneDrive.
Bluetooth corrections include fixing a toggle mismatch where the radio appeared enabled despite being off, resolving streaming crashes with error 0x139, and improving microphone reliability for Classic audio devices while enhancing LE Audio performance. The update also adds slideshow wallpaper support across multiple desktops, new touchpad gesture controls, and a Camera roll backup option configured via QR code on mobile.
This optional update's accessibility additions, such as auto-maximizing windows and expanded touchpad gestures, could reduce input steps for users with motor or vision impairments. The Copilot key remapping may appeal to keyboard-centric professionals who find the dedicated key redundant.
