Seminar examines ethical fallout of fertility doctor sperm substitution

The case of Helen and Philippe illustrates the betrayal: Philippe had undergone vasectomy reversal, yet Dr Barwin's sperm was used instead, leaving the family to confront a profound breach of medical trust that had remained hidden for years.
