Adobe integrates Photoshop and Firefly into Gemini, adds Acrobat to Claude plugin
Adobe has integrated tools from Photoshop, Lightroom, Express, and Firefly into Google Gemini, making them available across all Gemini plans. The company also expanded its Claude plugin to include Acrobat and more than 80 Adobe tools, adding interactive editors for PDFs and Express designs. Adobe described the Gemini release as the first step in its collaboration with Google.
The Gemini integration covers four Adobe applications—Photoshop, Lightroom, Express, and Firefly—and targets sellers and marketers with product photo optimization and branded social media adaptations. Adobe describes this as the initial phase of its Google collaboration, with additional tools planned. Meanwhile, the Claude plugin now includes Acrobat alongside more than 80 creative tools, offering PDF organization, redaction, and conversion functions. New interactive editors allow manual page reordering and element-level design changes. Access tiers vary, with guests able to use the plugin without an account, while signed-in users receive higher limits and session continuity.
