Air Canada will start its seasonal Dublin-Vancouver service on 31 March 2027, more than a month earlier than originally planned. The route will operate three times weekly until early May, then increase to four times weekly. The revised schedule places the inaugural flight just ahead of the Easter holiday period in 2027, a timing that aligns with both spring break travel and the tail end of British Columbia's ski season. Whistler Blackcomb and other regional resorts typically welcome visitors through late April, making the earlier departure window particularly relevant for winter sports enthusiasts.
Air Canada's 787-9 Dreamliner configuration offers 298 seats across three cabins, with the aircraft serving as a key link in the carrier's Pacific network. From Vancouver, passengers can connect onward to destinations throughout Western Canada, the US West Coast, Alaska, and multiple Asia-Pacific cities, extending the route's utility beyond a simple point-to-point service.
