Civil Beat Forums to Feature Kauai Mayoral Candidates
Civil Beat will host its 2026 General Election forums on Friday at Kauai Community College. The mayoral debate between Mel Rapozo and Bernard Carvalho Jr. will be moderated by Nathan Eagle from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. An exhibition meet-and-greet for county council candidates runs from 3 to 4 p.m.
