For rowing, kayaking, and canoeing, a 10Hz multi-constellation GNSS and a 200Hz nine-axis IMU produce a Stroke Quality score. On bicycles, cadence and power are estimated without extra crank or pedal sensors. Paragliding mode adds vario readings, wind-adjusted terrain maps, landing-zone forecasts, and one-press thermal location saving.
