Nasdaq Panel Moves to Delist Platinum Analytics

Platinum Analytics Cayman said a Nasdaq hearings panel denied its reinstatement and decided to delist its securities. Trading was suspended at the September 23, 2026 market open. The company plans to ask the Nasdaq Listing and Hearing Review Council for a review, but that request would not pause the suspension or delisting and success is not assured.
Platinum Analytics Cayman, ticker PLTS, develops FX trading software, data analytics and technology solutions for financial institutions, mainly in Asia and emerging markets. Its Nasdaq appeal followed a staff delisting determination under Listing Rule IM-5101-4; a panel hearing occurred Aug. 18, 2026.
The panel's Sept. 21 notice upheld delisting, citing trading that suggested possible manipulation and inadequate liquidity for a fair, orderly market. It did not accept staff's separate concerns about advisers' past roles or the CEO's Singapore residence as sufficient alone. Trading stopped Sept. 23. The company may seek review, but that would not pause suspension or delisting, and success is not assured.
The delisting could affect PLTS shareholders, who may face reduced liquidity or difficulty trading, as well as employees, clients and partners tied to its FX software business. It may also shape how investors view small-cap Nasdaq listings, especially those with concentrated trading or limited liquidity. The case could reinforce scrutiny of market-integrity and liquidity standards, though the company's review request means outcomes remain uncertain.
