QNT Network Activity Climbed Ahead of Quant’s Clearing House Partnership
Quant’s daily active token addresses rose above 870 from Sept. 16 through Sept. 23, after staying below 792 earlier in the month. New QNT addresses also increased, though the token’s price barely moved until after The Clearing House announced its partnership with Quant on Sept. 24. The partnership supports The Clearing House’s On-Chain Money Initiative for tokenized deposit transactions, and QNT activity hit a new high on announcement day.
Santiment data showed QNT’s daily active addresses stayed above 870 from Sept. 16 to Sept. 23, versus below 792 from Sept. 1 to Sept. 15. New addresses averaged roughly 1.8 times their weekday baseline. QNT traded near $61.17 on Sept. 15 and $61.05 on Sept. 17, with little early price movement.
On Sept. 24, The Clearing House picked Quant for its On-Chain Money Initiative, which targets tokenized deposits; Quant would aid coordination and connectivity with RTP and CHIPS. Active addresses then hit 2,064, the most since Nov. 15, 2025, and QNT rose 27%. Santiment also noted Binance’s Sept. 16 plan to drop QNT/USDC spot trading on Sept. 18, while saying the initial catalyst remained unclear.
If tokenized deposit networks expand, banks, payment firms, and consumers could see faster settlement and new ways to move money. Quant’s involvement may shape how established rails like RTP and CHIPS connect with on-chain systems. Yet address activity alone does not show real adoption, so societal effects remain uncertain; benefits and risks may depend on governance, security, and whether ordinary users gain access.
