London studio Spinocchia Freund has designed Chalet Grand Chariot, a 30,000 sq ft private residence in Courchevel with ski-in, ski-out access. The home includes a spa, cinema, bowling alley, and ten additional bedrooms beyond the principal suite. Its interiors use timber, stone, and woven details to balance the property's large scale with alpine warmth.
London-based Spinocchia Freund, led by founder and creative director Brigitta Spinocchia Freund, created Chalet Grand Chariot as a private residence in Courchevel village. At roughly 30,000 sq ft, it offers direct slope access and sits near luxury shops and Michelin-starred dining, with mountain, forest and peak views.
Inside, the principal suite functions like a self-contained apartment, featuring custom joinery, crafted furniture and large dressing areas. Ten more bedrooms are individually styled with tailored linens and distinct tableaux. The lower level houses leisure amenities: bowling, cinema, games room with vintage arcade machines, plus pool, spa and treatment rooms.
