Deputy CEO Ahmed Efat said site selection follows detailed studies and criteria that reflect each area’s character and customer needs. Mohamed Hosny, who leads the branch network group, said the office uses current systems and standards to offer faster, simpler service. The bank also cited wider access to banking, infrastructure improvements and support for individuals, companies and economic activity.
The new branch may improve banking access for residents, tourists, entrepreneurs and businesses in El Gouna and nearby tourist areas. Easier in-person services could support local commerce and investment, while the bank’s stated focus on wider banking access may help more customers use formal banking.
