Gérard Darel and Merci Team on Family-Led Paris Capsule
Gérard Darel is launching a fall residency at Paris concept store Merci, marking the first collaboration between the two brands. Gérard Darel’s autumn residency at Merci marks the first time the French label and the Paris concept store have collaborated. Arthur Gerbi, Merci’s chief executive, and his brother Laurent Gerbi, who helps lead Gérard Darel alongside CEO David Maruani, developed the project. It begins Monday across Merci’s Boulevard Beaumarchais flagship.
The capsule mixes signature designs, archive pieces and new items. Highlights include a miniature 24H bag and Merci’s Candide and tote bags rendered in leather and suede for the first time. Scarves, throws, cushions, notebooks and accessories round out the range. Merci has stocked Gérard Darel for five years.
