The Perfectly Common Dreams Anomaly Commission takes place in the Dreamaway Pillow region of Duskmoor, accessible via the Wertheimer Tower teleport point. Players navigate through a white house containing an Oracle Stone collectible before entering the dream realm itself. The commission requires players to progress through multiple environmental challenges, beginning with blending into crowds of white figures while evading detection from a spawned entity.

Completion involves advancing through classroom and bedroom areas while timing movements to avoid an anomalous entity's attention. Players must sit in empty chairs and remain motionless until the entity's gaze shifts, then quickly advance to subsequent rooms. Successfully reaching the final bedroom and resting on an empty bed completes the objective, rewarding players with 40 Annulith currency alongside additional progression rewards.
