Live Nation Prices 2032 Senior Notes in Dollars and Euros
Live Nation Entertainment set pricing for a private offering of senior notes due 2032, including $730 million at 7.125% and €600 million at 6.125%, both at face value. The notes are unregistered and will be guaranteed by the company and certain domestic restricted subsidiaries that back its senior secured credit facilities. U.S. sales are limited mainly to qualified institutional buyers under Rule 144A, with other transactions permitted offshore. Closing is targeted for Oct. 15, 2026, subject to customary conditions.
