MSI Opens Preorders for RTX Spark Convertible With Up to 128GB Memory

MSI has opened preorders for the Prestige N16 Flip AI+ in select markets after showing the RTX Spark-powered convertible at Computex 2026. The laptop can be configured with up to 128GB of LPDDR5X unified memory, which MSI says may support local large language models with as many as 120 billion parameters depending on the setup. Higher configurations pair a 20-core NVIDIA Grace CPU with a 6,144-core Blackwell RTX GPU and up to 1 petaflop of FP4 AI performance, with Malaysia pricing listed for 64GB and 128GB models.
MSI’s 16-inch Prestige N16 Flip AI+ was first shown at Computex 2026 and is now moving to preorder through certified partners in certain markets. It is a 360-degree convertible with pen input and Tandem OLED options, positioned as MSI’s debut RTX Spark laptop.
Configurations range from 32GB to 128GB LPDDR5X unified memory. The top tier pairs a 20-core NVIDIA Grace CPU with a 6,144-core Blackwell RTX GPU and claims up to 1 petaflop FP4 AI performance. In Malaysia, listed prices are RM19,699 for 64GB/1TB and RM30,699 for 128GB/2TB, though the latter also changes display and storage.
This launch could matter most to professionals, researchers, and creators who want to run larger AI models locally for privacy or offline work. For them, high unified memory may reduce reliance on cloud services. Yet the premium price may keep such capability out of reach for many students and small teams, so its broader social effect could remain limited to specialized users. Mainstream buyers may see little practical change, since everyday AI tasks can often be handled by cloud tools.
