Marvel Rivals Season 10.5 Adds Infinity War Duels and 50-Player Endgame Mode

Marvel Rivals Season 10.5 launches on October 9 and continues the Path to Doomsday storyline. It introduces a 2v2 PvP Infinity War mode with Infinity Stones and upgrades, followed by a 50-player PvE Endgame mode on October 22, along with Halloween events and costumes.
Season 10.5 continues Path to Doomsday after Season 10. Its first mode, Avengers Infinity War, turns 12 players into six two-person squads. They choose among 13 heroes from the film and fight in Wakanda. Random upgrade cards alter stats and abilities between rounds, while each duo starts with an Infinity Stone. Defeated teams leave their Stone for others to collect.
Later, Avengers Endgame arrives October 22 as a 50-player PvE battle in the ruined Avengers Compound against Thanos and his forces. The update also expands 18v18 Annihilation with Alchemax Headquarters. Halloween content begins October 15 with All Hallows’ Glow, followed October 29 by Night of Illusions, plus themed costumes.
The update may draw Marvel fans and lapsed players back, especially those who enjoy team-based competition or large co-op events. Its staggered modes and Halloween events could extend engagement through October, while streamers and content creators may find fresh material in the 2v2 and 50-player formats. If these modes perform well, they could influence how other live-service games schedule cinematic tie-ins and seasonal crossovers.
