Rockstar Details GTA VI Radio Stations with Star-Studded Hosts

Rockstar Games has unveiled the radio stations and hosts for Grand Theft Auto VI, with Bad Bunny, Lana Del Rey and Jeremy Dufrene, Robyn, Slayer's Kerry King and Tom Araya, Burna Boy, Trick Daddy, and Morgan Wallen among the voices. The game will include stations such as Cocoteo FM, Back Country Radio, AfroBank FM, The Chamber 106.6, Flash FM, and Dirty South Classics, plus on-demand podcasts for the protagonists. GTA VI is scheduled for November 19th on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S, with pre-orders currently available.
Rockstar has outlined six named GTA VI stations, each tied to a genre and hosted by musicians or personalities. Cocoteo FM covers contemporary Latin sounds; Back Country Radio focuses on country; AfroBank FM highlights African music; The Chamber 106.6 plays classic metal; Flash FM offers pop; Dirty South Classics features Southern rap and hip-hop.
The game will also add on-demand podcasts for Jason and Lucia. Players can hear stations and podcasts inside vehicles or through phone-connected headphones and earbuds. Announced soundtrack contributors include Travis Scott, Morgan Wallen, Keith Richards, CA7RIEL & Paco, and Future. GTA VI is set for November 19 on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S, with pre-orders open.
The reveal may broaden music discovery for GTA players, who could encounter Latin, African, country, metal, pop, and Southern rap acts through in-game listening. Featured artists and hosts may gain exposure beyond their existing audiences, while Rockstar and platform holders could see heightened pre-order interest. The actual cultural reach will likely depend on how players engage with the stations and podcasts after launch, and whether those curated selections translate into real-world listening.
