Loews Nashville Unveils Full-Property Redesign

Loews Nashville Hotel at Vanderbilt Plaza has completed a major renovation that touched its guestrooms, public areas, dining venues, and event spaces. The Midtown property's new interiors, designed by Studio DADO, draw on Nashville's music heritage and include a large sculptural chandelier and a glass art piece featuring brass instruments. The hotel also opened Maisonette Patisserie & Coffee and Masons at West End, a restaurant and bar with live performances.
The Midtown hotel, close to Vanderbilt University, Music Row, and the entertainment district, has finished a multi-million-dollar renovation spanning rooms, public areas, dining, and event venues. South Florida’s Studio DADO shaped interiors tied to Nashville’s musical culture, including a 53-foot lobby chandelier, a reception-wall glass artwork with brass instruments, and a new staircase linking lobby and mezzanine.
Guestrooms and suites now use soft neutrals, subtle music motifs, updated furniture, seating, vanities, and showers. Dining additions include Maisonette Patisserie & Coffee and Masons at West End. A January 2027 phase will refresh the 8,500-square-foot Symphony Ballroom and add an outdoor lawn for gatherings.
The renovation could affect Nashville visitors, Midtown residents, local musicians, and event planners by creating more polished lodging, dining, and gathering options. Live performances and community-oriented outdoor space may give artists and neighbors new reasons to engage with the hotel, while upgraded ballroom and event facilities could attract weddings and meetings that support nearby businesses. It may also reinforce Midtown’s role as a hospitality and cultural destination, though the extent of those effects would depend on pricing, programming, and how locals choose to use the spaces.
